Docmeter has developed Flexmeter wrist guards in collaboration with engineers, scientists and trauma specialists in order to face this harmful effect. These guards feature Hytrel® by DuPont™ thermoplastic splints that stop wrist extension before the harmful angle. They absorb compression forces, distribute them on the whole forearm to significantly limit lower radius lesion risks, just over the wrist joint. Flexmeter is flexible, unbreakable and respects wrist mobility. These splints have been developed to respect the complex wrist anatomic area. |
